Reserve your Foundation MembershipLate winter, early spring 2026. We're targeting it, not promising it. If we haven't opened by 30 June 2027, you get your deposit back automatically.
Email us within 7 days of paying — you get your $50 back, no questions. After that, the deposit isn't refundable except in specific cases (we don't open, we don't deliver the services, you have a medical issue, you move more than 50km away).

It holds your Foundation Member place at the locked rate. It's not credited toward your first week — think of it as a holding deposit, separate from your weekly fees.
Yes. Three no-fee routes: medical certificate, moving 50km+ away, or if we close a core service. Otherwise: 14 days' notice plus 50% of remaining weekly fees.
Once we open — up to 4 weeks per year, in 1-week blocks, 3 days' notice. Your 12-month term extends by the same amount.
